I need to bring appetizers to a party and I know one of the guests has a strong dairy allergy. I was going to try to convert a tried and true recipe (and hope for the best) but this recipe sounds delicious, elegant and different -- without being 'weird'. :) I also appreciate not having to double or triple this recipe as the portions seem appropriate.
