Here is another winning recipe from Gina DePalma’s fabulous cookbook, Dolce Italiano. She is the pastry chef for Mario Batali’s restaurant in Manhattan called Babbo. These cookies were really really good. The only substitution I made was to use soy margarine instead of butter. I like to use Earth Balance.
