Another great little easy-to-make salad that is refreshing on a hot summer day. Full of nutritious ingredients, I also added chicken leftovers to this dish, though it could easily be kept vegetarian. Or add a protein of your choice. This tastes good the next day, too, if you have any leftover. Enjoy.
