I modified this recipe from Chef John’s on FoodWishes.com┬ásimply by subbing 1/2 plain soy yogurt for the Greek yogurt originally called for. Simply a delicious dish, like all of Chef John’s that I’ve tried so far, and a great way to prepare chicken for grilling. After marinating for 3 hours, the chicken grilled beautifully, and came out tender and so nicely flavored. I didn’t make the harissa sauce that accompanied the original recipe, but I am including the marinade ingredients that I used. Check out the video on Chef John’s website, FoodWishes.com, for all the details. Thanks, John! Enjoy.
